About Emirae
Nobody calls you until you say so
Emirae is a UAE business services marketplace built on one rule: consultants see your request, not your contact details. You decide who gets them, and when.
Free for you. Four short steps. We never ask you for a card.
Illustrative example.
The problem
You ask five companies. Then twenty call you.
Anyone who has looked for a consultant in the UAE knows the pattern. You leave your number on one comparison site, and within a day it is on a list. For the next two weeks your phone does not stop.
Every caller quotes a different price for the same licence. None of them explains why. By the end of it you still do not know who is good - only who dials fastest.
So we built it the other way round.
You publish the job.
Not yourself.
Consultants pay to reach you - and only after you have chosen them.
Your details
This is exactly what a consultant sees
Not a promise about privacy - the actual screen. Move through the three steps and watch what is visible at each one.
Step 1. Request is live
Consultants see the job, not the person. If you type a phone number or an email into the description, it is stripped out automatically before anyone sees it - amounts are left alone.
Step 2. You accept an offer
Offer accepted by you
Offers arrive. You read them side by side, for as long as you need, and nothing moves until you accept one. Accepting is the moment your details go to that consultant - the one you chose, and to nobody else. Until then every consultant sees exactly the screen above.
Step 3. Your details open to them
Your details appear on their side the moment you accept - and only on theirs. Every other consultant who made you an offer is told the work went elsewhere, and none of them ever sees your number. You pay nothing at any point.
Illustrative example - not a real request.
What we never do
We never publish your phone number or your email. Not on the site, not in a listing, not in a feed.
We never sell contact lists. There is no export, no bundle, no partner deal.
We never charge you. Not for the request, not for the offers, not for accepting one.
We never pass your details to a consultant you did not choose.
We never write a consultant's offer for them. What you read is what they wrote.
We never call a phone number verified. We verify email addresses. That is the honest limit, and we would rather say it than imply more.
In practice
What actually happens
You describe the job
Four short steps: what you need, where, what you have already tried, and how to reach you.
You confirm your email
We send a link. Until you click it, your request goes nowhere.
A person reads it
Every request is checked by a human before any consultant can see it.
Offers come to you
Scope, price and timeline, written by the consultant, in one place, next to each other.
You choose who gets your number
And nobody else gets it.
Our rules
The rules we hold ourselves to
A human reads every request.
Software is good at catching spam. It is bad at telling a real business problem from a badly typed one.
Contact details are stripped from the text automatically.
People paste their number into the description without thinking. We take it out before the request is published - and we leave the amounts alone, so your budget still reads as a budget.
Consultants pay for a contact, not for a click.
Nobody can buy their way to the top of your inbox. Payment happens after you have already chosen them.
A consultant who buys a bad lead can dispute it.
That one rule is why they read your request properly instead of buying everything in sight.
Consultant profiles are reviewed before they go live, and where a firm has been verified, the profile says at what level.
We would rather tell you how much has been checked than stamp everybody as trusted.
Where our money comes from
We would rather tell you where our interests could bite
You are not our customer. Consultants are. They pay Emirae when a client accepts their offer, and that is our entire income.
An arrangement like that has an obvious temptation built into it: hand your number to as many paying firms as possible. So the limits are in the product, not in a promise.
- You accept the offer. We cannot do it for you.
- Only a consultant who already sent you an offer can be accepted.
- Your details go to one company per request - the one whose offer you accept.
- A consultant cannot contact you before you accept. There is no channel for it.
To break any of those, we would have to rebuild the product. That is rather the point.
Where we are
We are early, and we would rather say so
Emirae is a young platform. We are not going to invent numbers to look bigger than we are, which is why you will not find a counter of happy clients anywhere on this site.
What being early actually means for you: your request does not sit in a queue behind ten thousand others. It gets read. If something goes wrong, you are talking to the people who built this, not to a support tier.
- The Emirae team
Questions people actually ask
Nothing. Submitting a request, reading the offers and accepting one are all free for you, and we never ask you for a card. Consultants pay us when a client accepts their offer.
Only the one consultant whose offer you accept. Your details are never published on the site, never travel with your request, and no consultant can reach you before you accept.
No. Emirae is where the request and the offers meet. The work is done by independent UAE firms, and your agreement is with them, not with us.
UAE firms that registered on the platform and were reviewed before their profile went live. A profile shows what the firm says it covers, and where the firm has been verified, at what level - so you can judge for yourself instead of trusting a badge.
It happens, and we will not pretend otherwise - some categories are busier than others. Your request stays open, you can edit it or close it whenever you want, and you owe us nothing either way.
Describe the job. Keep your number.
One request. Offers you can put side by side. Your details stay yours until you decide otherwise.
Free. Four short steps. No card.
