UAE Business Services Platform

Terms of Use

These terms explain the basic rules for using Emirae, including public browsing, request submission, consultant participation, moderated offers, and contact unlock logic.

How to read these terms

These terms apply to visitors of the site, businesses submitting requests, applicants using the request flow, consultants and provider side users, and anyone interacting with the platform through public pages, forms, or communication tools. The purpose of this page is to explain how Emirae works as a structured service request and consultant comparison platform.

What Emirae is

Emirae helps businesses discover services, compare consultants, and submit structured requests for UAE business support. Providers may appear on public pages and may respond to relevant requests where the platform flow allows it.

Emirae operates as a platform and matching environment. It is not the direct provider of every third party service that may be listed, compared, or offered through the site.

Who may use the platform

  • Visitors browsing service content, consultant listings, public requests, guides, and related pages.
  • Applicants and businesses submitting requests through the structured request flow.
  • Consultants, companies, and provider side users creating or managing provider visibility.
  • Users contacting the platform through forms or communication routes.
  • All users are expected to provide truthful, lawful, and non misleading information.

Rules for submitting requests

  • Users should provide accurate and non misleading information when submitting a request.
  • Requests may be moderated before publication or before becoming visible in the relevant workflow.
  • Public requests may be anonymized as part of the platform design.
  • Abusive, unlawful, spam, deceptive, or privacy violating submissions may be rejected, hidden, archived, or removed.
  • One request may receive multiple offers, up to the platform limit where implemented.
  • One accepted offer per request remains the default marketplace rule unless the platform flow is intentionally changed later.

Rules for consultants and providers

  • Provider information should be accurate, current, and suitable for public or moderated marketplace use.
  • Providers may be reviewed, moderated, verified, suspended, or removed as part of platform operations.
  • Providers should not misuse applicant information or attempt to use the platform in a misleading or abusive way.
  • Providers are expected to use the structured offer flow rather than attempting to bypass platform rules where that flow applies.
  • Participation may be limited where trust, quality, moderation, or compliance concerns arise.

How offers and contact sharing work

  • Providers may send structured offers where the platform permits.
  • Applicants compare offers before choosing the response that best fits their needs.
  • Direct contact details are not publicly exposed during the early stage of the request flow.
  • Contact unlock happens only after acceptance where the platform flow allows it.
  • The platform may close a request after acceptance or after the relevant offer limit is reached.

Public content and profiles

  • Service pages, consultant profiles, public requests, guides, and other public pages may be displayed on the site.
  • Public provider information may appear as part of the platform discovery layer.
  • Public requests are shown in anonymized form where applicable.
  • Users must not misuse public content or scrape the platform in a way that harms site operations or trust.

Acceptable use

  • No spam, fraud, impersonation, or deceptive behavior.
  • No unlawful, abusive, or privacy violating use of the platform.
  • No misuse of platform messages, offers, public content, or contact details.
  • No attempts to disrupt security, moderation, availability, or platform operations.

No guarantee of outcome

Emirae does not guarantee that a request will receive offers, that a provider will be selected, or that a third party consultant will deliver any specific commercial result or service outcome.

The role of the platform is to support structured discovery, comparison, moderated interaction, and related request flow functionality.

Suspension, removal, and moderation rights

The platform may suspend, reject, archive, hide, or remove requests, profiles, reviews, offers, or accounts where this is reasonably needed for moderation or platform operations.

This may happen for spam, misuse, low quality submissions, incomplete information, legal risk, security concerns, or platform integrity reasons.

Intellectual property and site content

Emirae site content, branding, layout, and platform structure may be protected under applicable rights. Users may browse and use the site for lawful platform use.

Users should not copy, scrape, republish, or misuse platform content in a way that is harmful, misleading, or commercially abusive.

Liability and platform role

The platform provides discovery, request, moderation, and matching related functionality. Third party providers remain responsible for their own services, communications, pricing, timelines, and commercial delivery.

Emirae may change features, flows, public content, or platform availability over time as the product evolves.

Changes to the terms

These terms may be updated from time to time as Emirae evolves, introduces new workflows, or changes how platform operations are handled.
