Fujairah Creative City is the media free zone of Fujairah, separate from the port and industrial Fujairah Free Zone. For a long time it published package names without prices; in August 2026 it added a packages page with three priced packages, and it lists yearly rents for its offices. This page sets out those official figures as checked on 4 October 2026.

Creative City also runs campaign packages (Entrepreneur, Smart, One Visa and Multi Visa) described as limited-time offers, without prices on the campaign page. The packages page does not say whether the prices include VAT or when they end, and its cost calculator gives a result only after you submit your contact details.
The 2026 fee schedule
The Ruler of Fujairah issued Decision No. 4 of 2026 approving a new fee schedule for Creative City. The announcement, of June 2026, publishes no amounts; the priced packages page appeared afterwards, in August 2026. Ask for the current figure for anything outside the three packages, including renewal, in writing.
Offices
Creative City’s office page lists around 40 units with yearly rents from AED 16,900 for a small unfurnished office to AED 212,750 for the largest, for example AED 33,800 a year for an unfurnished office of 26.78 square metres. Many are marked as rented, so availability changes.
Rules worth knowing
- Legal forms: FZE, FZ LLE and FZ LLC.
- Licence term: companies can choose a validity from one to ten years, paying the relevant fees.
- Visas: residence visas issued by Creative City are valid for two years.
- Activities: its FAQ speaks of more than 2,000 commercial activities.
- Working elsewhere: Creative City says you can operate your business anywhere, but renting an office outside the zone needs its no objection certificate.
Creative City against other low-cost zones
On published zero-visa prices, Creative City’s AED 3,999 sits below Ajman NuVentures Centre (AED 4,888), Ajman Media City (AED 4,999), UAQ (AED 5,500), SPC (AED 5,750) and SHAMS (AED 5,760). What Creative City does not publish
- The amounts in Decision No. 4 of 2026 and the renewal price.
- Visa and establishment card fees outside the packages.
