Ajman NuVentures Centre Free Zone (ANCFZ) is the newest of Ajman’s free zones, established by Amiri Decree No. 15 of 2023 issued by the Ruler of Ajman. Its official website is ancfz.ae; ajmannuventures.ae is run by a private setup agent, not by the zone. This page sets out ANCFZ’s published packages and rules as checked on 4 October 2026.

ANCFZ offers instalments through Tabby for GCC customers from AED 1,222. Its own pages are not fully consistent: the packages page speaks of unlimited shareholders while the FAQ caps an FZC at 50, and the visa package is described both as 1 to 10 visas and as up to 7. Confirm both in writing.
Rules
- Legal forms: FZE, FZC with two or more shareholders, branch of a foreign company, branch of a local company.
- Capital: no minimum paid-up capital for most activities.
- Office: a physical office is needed only for specific activities; the visa quota depends on the office or package.
- Activities: more than 3,500.
- Speed: ANCFZ says setup can usually be completed within 15 minutes if all documents are in order.
- Renewal: every year, online; the price is not published.
