SRTIP, the Sharjah Research, Technology and Innovation Park, runs a free zone for technology and innovation businesses under the SPARK brand. It publishes licence packages, but its own pages carry two different price sets, an offer on its 2026 landing page and older prices in an August 2025 article. This page sets out both, labelled, as checked on 4 October 2026.

An older SRTIP article from August 2025 lists a zero-visa package at AED 5,500, one visa at AED 13,990 and two visas at AED 17,795. Ask SRTIP which price applies on the day you apply and whether VAT is added.

The AI Hub offer

For artificial intelligence companies, SRTIP’s AI Hub lists standard first-year prices of AED 5,500 with no visa, 7,000 with one, 8,000 with two, 9,000 with three and 12,500 with four, and launch prices of half those amounts for four of the five tiers; the zero-visa launch price is shown as AED 2,225. Prices are for one year, 5% VAT and a AED 10 Sharjah scientific and knowledge fee apply, and standard SPARK fees apply on renewal.
