Business Setup Consultant — UAE Company Formation

Overview

As a Business Setup Consultant you are the trusted first point of contact for founders establishing a company in the UAE. You translate a business idea into the right legal structure, jurisdiction and licence, and you own the client relationship from first enquiry to an issued licence.

What you will do

• Advise founders on mainland vs free zone vs offshore structures based on their activity and goals.
• Recommend the correct licence activities and jurisdiction for each client.
• Prepare accurate cost breakdowns and realistic timelines.
• Coordinate document collection, approvals and licence issuance with authorities and partners.
• Keep clients informed at every stage and manage expectations honestly.
• Maintain clean records in the CRM and hand off cleanly to banking and PRO teams.

What we are looking for

• 2+ years advising on UAE company formation or corporate services.
• Strong working knowledge of mainland and major free zones.
• Ability to explain complex requirements simply and honestly.
• Excellent communication and follow-through.
• Comfortable managing multiple client cases at once.
• Professional English; Arabic, Hindi, Urdu or Russian a plus.

Nice to have

• Existing network of free zone and banking contacts.
• Experience with corporate tax and VAT basics.
• Familiarity with digital tools and CRMs.
