Overview
You are the translator between the people who do the work and the people who build the tools. Operations, providers and client success all know what hurts; you turn that into requirements a developer can build and a product manager can prioritise, backed by evidence rather than opinion.
What you will do
- Gather requirements from operations, client success, providers and consultants.
- Map current processes honestly, including the workarounds nobody documents.
- Write user stories with acceptance criteria a developer can build from.
- Analyse platform and request data to size problems before they are built.
- Specify changes to request intake, provider matching and admin workflows.
- Support testing and verify that shipped work solved the actual problem.
- Keep documentation current so knowledge does not live in one person's head.
What we are looking for
- 3+ years as a business analyst, product analyst or equivalent.
- Ability to interview stakeholders and separate the stated want from the real need.
- Clear written specifications and process documentation.
- Comfortable analysing data to support or kill a proposal.
- Practical understanding of how web platforms are built.
- Excellent written English.
Nice to have
- SQL or another query language.
- Experience with marketplaces or two-sided platforms.
- Background in business services, fintech or corporate services.
- Familiarity with WordPress-based platforms.
