Overview

You own the marketplace and provider experience. You decide what to build and why, balancing client needs, provider quality and business goals, and you measure the outcomes.

What you will do

• Own the roadmap for marketplace and provider flows.
• Design onboarding, premium profiles and request logic.
• Translate needs into clear specs for engineering.
• Use analytics to prioritise and measure impact.
• Run experiments and iterate.

What we are looking for

• 5+ years in product management, ideally on marketplaces or B2B platforms.
• Strong analytical and prioritisation skills.
