Partnerships Manager — Consultants & Providers

Overview

You own the health of the Emirae.Pro provider marketplace. You recruit quality consultants and providers, keep them engaged, and protect the standards clients rely on.

What you will do

• Identify and onboard high-quality consultants and providers.
• Manage provider relationships and premium listings.
• Uphold quality and trust standards across the marketplace.
• Negotiate partnership terms fairly.
• Gather feedback and improve the provider experience.
• Work with product on marketplace features.

What we are looking for

• 4+ years in partnerships, BD or account management.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of UAE corporate services.
• Quality-first, commercially aware mindset.
• Excellent communication.

Nice to have

• Existing network of UAE consultants and providers.
• Marketplace or platform experience.
• Multilingual ability.
