The Ministry of Economy and Tourism charges AED 6,500 per class: AED 750 to file, AED 750 to publish and AED 5,000 to register. It decides within 20 working days, anyone can oppose for 30 days after publication, and protection lasts 10 years from the filing date.
Firms publish all-in prices of AED 8,000 to AED 12,000 for one class, government fees included. Members of the national SME programme pay half the government fees.

Published by 8 firms on their own websites on 27 September 2026; only two publish their own package price. An all-in price of AED 10,000 leaves about AED 3,500 for the firm after the AED 6,500 of government fees.
The Ministry publishes no end-to-end time. Adding its service times gives about 2.5 to 3.5 months for a clean file, or 6 to 11 weeks with the one-day examination; firms quote 4 to 6 months. An opposition adds the Ministry's 60 working days for objections.
