Corporate account in good standing. Received a single inbound wire three times our normal monthly volume, from a new client on a documented project contract. Bank froze the account and is requesting the full context: the signed contract, the invoice, the milestone that triggered this payment, the client's own KYC, the rationale for the project value.
We have the documentation, the issue is format. Bank compliance wants the bundle assembled in a specific way, with specific annotations, and in a specific order. Our previous submissions have been bounced back twice for being 'incomplete' when everything was actually there.
Need a specialist who has unfrozen similar one-off-wire holds at this bank, knows the exact format compliance accepts on first pass, and can assemble the bundle so we do not lose a third week to back-and-forth. Secondary need: we want the account back to operational status without a permanent internal flag that will cause the same thing to happen on the next large wire.
