Overview

You are the free zone expert clients rely on. You know the practical differences between the major free zones and you move applications from enquiry to issued licence quickly and accurately.

What you will do

• Manage free zone licensing cases end to end across multiple authorities.
• Match clients to the free zone that fits their activity, visa needs and budget.
• Prepare and check application packs and supporting documents.
• Liaise with free zone authorities to resolve queries and speed approvals.
• Guide clients clearly through each step and required document.
• Track every case and keep status up to date.

What we are looking for

• 2+ years handling UAE free zone company setup.
• Hands-on knowledge of at least three major free zones.
• Strong attention to detail with documents and applications.
• Clear, patient client communication.
• Organised and comfortable with case tracking tools.

Nice to have

• Direct relationships with free zone account managers.
• Experience with visa and establishment card processes.
• Multilingual ability.
