Compliance & AML Consultant

Overview

You help clients meet their KYC and AML obligations with practical, well-documented processes. You spot risk flags early and you keep Emirae.Pro and its clients on the right side of compliance.

What you will do

• Prepare and review KYC and AML documentation for clients.
• Assess risk profiles and flag higher-risk cases appropriately.
• Advise clients on compliance requirements for their activity.
• Support policies, procedures and record-keeping standards.
• Stay current on UAE AML/CFT regulation and guidance.
• Work with banking and setup teams on compliant onboarding.

What we are looking for

• 4+ years in compliance, AML, KYC or risk within financial or corporate services.
• Strong grasp of UAE AML/CFT expectations.
• Meticulous documentation and analytical skills.
• Sound judgement and high ethical standards.
• Clear written and spoken communication.

Nice to have

• Relevant certification (e.g. CAMS or equivalent).
• Experience with regulated entities or DNFBPs.
• Familiarity with screening and monitoring tools.
