You help Emirae.Pro and its clients find and support great people. You run clean recruitment processes, write clear job descriptions, screen well and support employers with practical HR documentation.
What you will do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Write clear, honest job descriptions.
- Source and screen candidates effectively.
- Support employers with HR documentation and process.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience.
- Keep organised records.
What we are looking for
- 3+ years in recruitment or HR, ideally in the UAE.
- Strong screening and interviewing skills.
- Clear written communication.
- Understanding of UAE hiring basics.
- Organised and people-focused.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of UAE labour and visa processes.
- Employer branding experience.
- Multilingual ability.
